DF241 Fully-automatic Yarn Dyeing Machine

     DF241 series high temperature and high pressure dyeing machine is adapted to bleaching and dyeing all kinds of natural fibers and chemical fibers and their blended fabrics, such as polyester, cotton, linen cotton, nylon, acrylics, wool, etc., with various types of yarn carriers, different fabrics and yarns can be dyed.

    DF241 series is a kind of high-efficiency and energy-saving yarn dyeing machine configured with advanced electric appliances, pumps, valves and safety systems. It adopts 90° elbow reversing, internal tube heat exchanger combined with advanced dyeing technology to make the minimum liquid ratio up to 1:6 (single-cycle dyeing mode) so that the dosage of water, electric power, steam and auxiliaries is obviously lower than the same type of dyeing machines at home and abroad.

     Suitable for stranding twisted polyester yarn, embroidery thread, silk, nylon and other hank bleaching, refining, dyeing, washing and reprocessing.
     The machine uses a special design of low power, low head, large flow mixed flow pump. High temperature did not affect its characteristics.
     Special design of water regulator, visible dyed yarn and yarn count, different types of  size of the water volume.
     Through structural optimization of the machine, liquor ratio is small, raw material can be saved and costs can be reduced.
